Situated on Bank Street behind Victoria’s Secret in Trinity, Meat Liquor provides the perfect location for those working late in the City Centre, or have maybe had a few drinks and fancy a good bit of quality grub. If you’re looking to indulge in a high-quality burger, then there is not many places better. Their most famous burger is called the Dead Hippie and consists of two mustard-fried burgers, cheese, lettuce, onion and a dash of their secret “dead hippie” burger sauce.

They also offer a range of other dishes, including hot dogs and for those health conscious folk, even salads. If like many, you fancy a late night drink after work, or even want to carry on the celebrations, Meat Liqour offer a great deal to drink, so if you love to get a little tipsy and indulge in big eat meat, Meat Liquor definitely might be the late night restaurant in Leeds, for you.

For all those gamblers out there, you will have most likely visited Napoleons Casino, but have you eaten there? For those who haven’t visited, don’t be put off by the fact it is in fact, a place to spend all your money on the roulette wheel. Napoleon’s actually offer a good selection of real quality food, and the best thing about it, is they are open, late (hence why they’re in a late night restaurants in Leeds blog, I suppose).

Tuck into a vast range of good food, including steak, burgers, lamb rump, cod loin, pan fried chicken breast and much more. They also offer a good deal of desserts for those who like to finish with something sweet, such as white chocolate & jammie dodger cheesecake, banoffee tart, warm sultana scones and more!

Again, if you wanted to carry on the drinking, it’s a casino, of course, they have a good selection of drinks!

3. Dough Boys Pizza at Belgrave

Depending on what day you visit Belgrave, you can expect to be sat eating pizza into the early hours. This indie-ish bar is extremely popular with rock/alternative/indie music lovers, and offers up a mass of entertainment, from live bands, to comedians, and not forgetting their unique outdoor rooftop terrace!

Much loved by all that attend Belgrave, their Dough Boys Pizza bar on the bottom floor serves up some amazing pizzas, all night long! Choose from a fantastic selection, including Queen Brie – “ French brie, caramelised onions, roasted red grapes, black pepper & smoked sea salt”, Salami of Darkness – “Salsiccia Picante, house pickled chillies” and Paul & Linda – “Artichoke, Sicilian olives, pimento, smoked mozzarella, caper berries & salsa verde”.

If it is ale you like to wash your Pizza down with, which, you doesn’t really? – then you will be happy to hear that Belgrave serve up a huge selection of ales, including draft IPA’s!

Kendells Bistro

4. Kendells Bistro

One of the earliest closing times on the list (12pm), however still well worth a visit late at night, is Kendells Bistro. Located opposite the Leeds College of Music, Kendells Bistro is a casual, informal late night Leeds restaurant option, to enjoy a great range of quality French cuisine.

If you like to be left alone whilst you eat, meaning no waiter asking you how you’re finding your food after every mouthful, then this is the place to be. Offering up a range of French favorites, including Turkey breast with chestnut and sage seasoning, pepper crusted rib of beef, pastry tart of roast beetroot and grilled fillets of sea bass, you really are spoilt for choice.

Although they don’t offer the typical frogs legs, you can in fact, top your meal off with some delicious tasting desserts, including rhubarb cheesecake, dark chocolate mousse and vanilla pod custard with burnt sugar! Sound exquisite, no?
